The face and feet are massaged and acupressure points known to clear the energy channels from congestion and blockages are pressed. The feet are kept warm and treated with warm oil whilst the eyes are kept cool with unheated oil and an optional eye compress. It is a slow and deeply relaxing massage which balances the whole body. |
