ABOUT ME
I am interested in people and believe that the body, mind and spirit
are inseparable and influence each other. I endeavour to work
holistically to promote health and well being.

I offer a variety of
massages to suit
individual needs.
Whether it is relaxing
'me' time, or relief from
stress, headaches,
sinusitis, muscular
aches and pains, or
just re-energising that
you need, together we
can tailor any
massage to suit you.

I initially trained in full body and baby massage whilst working as a
play specialist at Great Ormond Street Hospital. There I quickly
became aware of the emotional healing power and physical relief
that massage gives and my interest in massage grew.

I now work full time as a massage practitioner and enjoy working
with people of all ages and walks of life. I have trained at some of
the top massage schools including the
London Centre of Indian Champissage International,
Clare Maxwell-Hudson school of Massage,
International Association of Baby Massage, and
Touch Pro Institute

I have full insurance for all my work with IPTI Independent
Professional Therapists International.

To ensure that my skills and knowledge remain up to date I
continue to regularly attend courses and seminars on all aspects
of complementary therapy.
