THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE AND COURSES FOR ALL AGES

I am a massage therapist and instructor working with groups of
people of all ages, in a variety of settings, in the East Sussex area.
The youngest I meet are the babies on the baby massage course
and the oldest to date is 103! I believe, that whatever our age
massage / touch can be beneficial for each and every one of us.

As a Massage Instructor I run courses in baby massage and
courses / workshops for primary school children and teenagers. I
also work in the community with the elderly teaching them hand
massage, and give individual massages to the elderly in care
homes.

Giving and receiving massage is a wonderful means of
communication. It is also of great therapeutic value and has a
positive impact our health.

THE SERVICES I OFFER ARE;

Baby Massage Courses;
Five week courses teaching mothers / carers how to massage their
babies. The classes provide a time for mutual relaxation, bonding,
communication and pleasure as well as helping with sleep

Massage in Schools Programme
Teaching school children a fully clothed upper body massage
routine and massage activities which they do on each other. See

Massage For Teenagers
Teaching teenagers how to give their peers a fully clothed head,
neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. Much of this massage
helps alleviate stress, headaches and tension and can be

Therapeutic Massage for the Elderly
Giving individual therapeutic massages in care homes.
Teaching the elderly how to give hand massages to one another.
